Traditional Hive Product Recipes
Bees give us far more than honey. Across generations, people have used beeswax, honey, propolis, and other hive products in simple, practical recipes for the home, skin care, cooking, furniture care, leather care, and everyday use.
Important Safety Note
These are traditional recipes. Some household recipes include ingredients such as turpentine, ammonia, potash, oils, waxes, or heated mixtures. Always work safely, use suitable ventilation, keep flammable ingredients away from flames, label and store products carefully, and keep them away from children and pets. For food recipes, check allergies, cook thoroughly, and use your own judgement with older recipes and temperatures.
